Why this map exists
Australia has no proper database of who is actually in this market. Ask who backs searchers, who advises them, where the deal flow comes from, and you get fragments — a name here, a LinkedIn thread there. This map is a first pass at fixing that.
It is deliberately incomplete. Version 1 is what we could verify from where we sit on the Gold Coast. If you work in this ecosystem and you're not on it, that's exactly the gap we want you to close — submit your listing below and you'll be considered for version 2.
Submissions close Friday 18 September 2026. Version 2 publishes Monday 28 September 2026.
